Two staff members at the counter completely ignored me for several minutes (no one else was in line). They would glance up at me every now and then, but not so much as a ‘Hi,’ or ‘Be right with you,’ etc. when the male staff member finally spoke to me, he immediately turned his attention to someone who had just walked up. Unbelievable. Screw that place.
Ordered 2 meat plate, first portion of meat was barely warm at all and second portion was COLD!
Waited, so I could enjoy dinner at one of my favorite spots. Go in and am greeted with what they didn't have. No biggie, I ordered. I watch the guy grab on to go container, use it as a shovel to load my sides, with no gloves.... We used to own a taco truck. No serving or handling of food without gloves, period. I'm steaming, but going to just accept. Then I am told they are at butt end of brisket, and could they chop it up for me... I snapped, a little. Told him I didn't care,...read full review
