I had dinner at Sam's Restaurant in Fairfield, Texas, today and was very fortunate to have had the sweetest, courteous, friendliest and knowledgeable waitress by the name of Alana. Her presence was warm and delightful. We met her mother and sister that are also employed there, Ariana and Cas, and they too were as sweet and courteous as Alana. I will be returning there as it is a wonderful place to eat and the food is delicious.
We were there for three meals in July and had a nice experience each time. The waitresses were all very efficient and it sure was nice to see a buffet again. After our third dinner I finally decided to buy a t-shirt which has the stacked animals logo on front and, on the back in big letters, SAMS'S SINCE '53. Next time we're in the area, we are definitely coming back!
