Poor management! I tried reaching out several times, they will not return emails!
Very friendly & helpful staff. Money’s worth Good tasty food. Ordering system is modern & high tech (app tab on the phone) and also there are touch screens available too. but the staff helped me very nicely to get the tab set up on my phone. I certainly visit this place every time in town. Atmosphere is nice and clean except a little bit looks like a fast food restaurant.

I can't rate the food because I didn't get anything. Decided to try this place for the first time. Walked in and there were 2 girls standing there and they asked me it was my first time there. I said yes, it was and they asked me if I would be ordering to go or eating there. When I said I was getting food to go they pointed to the kiosk and said just to order there. Ok.... looked through the various menus and had planned on ordering a few things to take home from a few places. But, I had questions and there was nobody there to assist. I waited for a little bit but ended up leaving. It's a great concept and the bar looked good but the customer service is lacking.

Ordered seafood ramen. Dish was served with just noodles and flavored broth. No chicken meat was included. The dish cost $10+. It was daylight robbery!

Fish Trap’n food is really hot and fresh. The issue is it is extremely salty, pork chop and fries was almost unedible it was so salty. Really hope they see this and can lessen the amount of salt bc other than that, the food is well fried and presented.

Awful experience. No greeting, all ordering done by phone.
Got the Crispy Beef - tasted like cheap frozen food, tiny portion, nowhere near worth $17.
Asked for water, staff said sure but never brought it. I had to get it myself three times while three employees just stood around chatting.
And to top it off? They had the audacity to auto-add a 20% tip after I left. Emailed them: no reply, of course.

***Update: it was already loud, but today, very very very loud karaoke?? Blasting into a cavernous, empty, echo-y room? Comically, tragically bad! I will never return until this stops. It's EMPTY of customers on Friday at 9pm. Please think about why!**
Pork guiso, loaded chili dog, spring rolls. Yeah, sounds like an odd mix, which i normally avoid--cuz that variety usually means you're in some awful mall food court. But the difference here was everything was very good! Everything came out quick and hot. Bit pricey, but these days, it's harder to find well prepared food at any orice. So i'm ok with paying a bit more. I do think the space itself is a bit too big, high ceilings, could get very noisy if crowded. Will be back.

The first few times I enjoyed this place but last time not so much. The bartender was walking around and went to the back not noticing my drink order ticket. When he came back it took him a while to see it and made this tiny $8 mule and just sat it on the corner. Nobody brought it for a while. He then just stood around so I finally had to ask for it. Then we get home and they had added on a tip which made me upset because a robot brought out our food and I had to get up to get condiments etc. I called the next day and thankfully they refunded us but still...not cool. And not to sound to whiny but the Indian restaurant I always ordered from isn't there anymore and the street tacos were not my favorite. My daughters food was cold. Overall a very disappointing experience. Check your tab after you leave. I do enjoy the little robot it was cute but that's not worth returning for.
