I don't know where to start. The worst experience of our life. My toddler could have made better food. Please contact me for refund. We spent 66 bucks!!! Not cheap .. could have paid less and got better food ... Rice was old, risotto soup had no risotto, lentil soup had no lentils, chicken pitta had no sauce it was very sad looking pitaa with chicken and few crumbs of fetra cheese. Chicken was dry both on chicken kabobs and pita sandwich. Got lots of pitta no tzatziki sauce.. the tzatziki sauce provided with kabobs was a joke and had a splash in the container. Potatoes salad was 4 big chunks of potatoes no sauce. Sides were not placed in container but splattered in the meal containers. You name it... We didn't even eat it ..it looked disgusting .. it all was terrible.. sadly it was a meal brought to the family who is sick and pregnant..and Zoe's at Fairview does not answer phone unfortunately so no way to get hold of them at all Call me 4695345553.. This will be sent to the corporate and If needed I will be doing this on social media too .. people need to know how bad the business has gotten. Wow .. so mind blown

My first time here and really enjoyed it! Good portion sizes, friendly staff, food came out fast. Overall great experience and looking forward to trying more stuff on the menu. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it had great flavor and not too much spice.

My husband did a take out order here tonight; don't go to this location until they've straightened it out. There was a sign on the door saying they were doing to-go only because they were understaffed and I would give some leeway for that, and there were three visible employees who were friendly enough, but the drink counter and men's bathroom were dirty. Some of the food was inedibly old and the falafel in a falafel sandwich looked completely uncooked. My husband says the employees just need to be trained better but if our family can only eat half of our $45 order it'll be a long time before we try them again.

Let me go on record by saying that I used to love Zoe’s above all other healthy fast foodie type of restaurants. Now that it is in the midst of being bought out by Cava, another Mediterranean restaurant, they are slowly pulling some of the best food items from the menu. They’ve taken out the Reuben sandwich, the lemon cookie, and now the salmon from the salmon cauliflower bowl. There may be more missing food items, but I tend to order the same thing each time when I find some thing I really like.I can’t help but wonder at the business model which turns people away from their new acquisition. It’s like they have to run off all the customers so they can build a new customer base instead of transitioning the current customers to their new menu. It’s my understanding that the new name and menu is coming in January for this location. I don’t know how many more times between now and January I can visit Zoe’s and come away disappointed because of the limited selection on the menu.

Just left this location and was told by an employee " there is so much gluten floating around back the that you are bound to get cross contaminated" then a female employee called us back and told us the gluten free options were marked just don't order a sandwich. As someone that auffers with gluten issues the first wmployees response lead us to just leave because we didn't feel safe with me eating there, as no Precautions would be taken to protect the customer.

I don't normally write reviews, but Maddie was too great of an employee to pass up the opportunity to give her a shout-out. Her kindness speaks volumes to her character and the quality of her customer service is not something you come across everyday. Moments like these are what makes life delightful and sweet. Thank you for being you and making my day! ☺️

I've frequented this location for more than 5 years and though I havent really had bad experiences, today was the worst experience I've had. I have waited longer than 45 minutes for a salad. While I should have taken the warning signs to mind, when I entered, people were standing everywhere. It took a while after I placed my order to notice it was a slew of 10+ people waiting for their orders. Several catering orders that were obviously Taking priority over everyone else. Only two employees up front, both relatively new from my weekly visits. Site definitely understaffed. I have seen every customer with frustrated looks on their faces.I asked for updates on my order after I saw several people's orders come out who order 10 minutes after me. Several times, I was asked what I ordered and if I'd ordered several other dishes. I watched people abandon their numbers or to go orders because it was taking so long. There were no consolations and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I was only told "we didn't know it was going to take that long. We had to stop taking mobile orders." I really enjoy the food and the fresh ingredients, but today was a probably one of the worst dining experiences where dine in was obviously put at the back of the line and ignored.

Ordered the Traditional Greek salad. My salad had only ONE cherry tomato sliced into 2, ZERO olives, one slice of bell pepper. All I got was lettuce, red onions, cucumber.. which was ok but then it didn’t have the other ingredients.. Extremely unhappy.

Only a couple times going there have we had a bad experience, some noisy worker clearing tables banging things, they are gone now. Was very obtrusive and rude while you're trying to eat. They apparently let them go, thank you. A couple times the food was a bit cold and seemed to have been pre-made a little to long. But all in all, it is very good food and many times my wife and I have said wow this is delicious and healthy. So 98% of the time this place is excellent, which is as probably reliable of as good as anything gets. Having something go wrong and badly and summing everything into that experience is probably unfair to a rather great tasting place to eat. We like it.

Zoës kitchen is not as good as it use to be. This past Monday the chicken was overcooked and dry. Some lettuce pieces were not as fresh as I am use to. I will still give them another chance.

I always return to Zoe‘s for my go to healthy meal. I was concerned to hear that a chain called Kaba has bought them out. Some of the Zoe items are off the menu now which is concerning. The Greuben sandwich and the lemon cookie are both not there anymore. I actually went there to get both those items along with some other things. I will be watching to see if I have to find a new healthy favorite restaurant in the future.

I ordered my food at 8:20pm and was told that I couldn’t eat in the restaurant because they close in 40 min. Couldn’t sit in dining area and had to eat in my car. Not a good experience at all. This was at the Fairview location. There was only one other customer in there. Wasn’t too much to manage but too hard for them I guess. Poor management.

This is based on Uber eats order. Food portion- tiny, tasted like trash. Zoes use to be great 5 years ago, but it's gone wayyyy down hill. Estimating it won't stay around much longer- many locations already closed thanks to Cava. Cava is much better- and fresh.

There were 3 people behind the counter and 2 cooking in the back with hardly any orders. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than getting my order ready. My food was placed for pickup by the cook and it took the girl almost 5 mins to notice and put it together. There is a reason why this place isn’t as popular as it was a couple of years ago. Used to stay packed

My salad was made incorrectly. When I asked why, I was told because they were out of pasta. Why wasn’t I told that when I ordered? Especially since I was charged for it.
