Bankhead Brewpub - Farmers Branch

My husband and I love this place! Been here several times, usually for dinner, occasionally just for drinks. All the cocktails I've tried ae delicious. We especially like the old fashioned, espresso martini, and Tin Lizzie. The chicken wings are phenomenal!! Huge, whole wings with a delicious buffalo sauce. Inviting atmosphere with leather booths and friendly servers! The menu seems to change a little every now and then- but we've loved pretty much everything we've tried.

Almost slipped walking to the restroom because the floor was slippery from the rain. The front door was wide open. Not sure what’s going on, but a simple wet floor sign would’ve helped. When I asked to shut the door, it took 10 minutes for that to happen. Thankfully our server let the rest of us know to be careful walking. If I could give no stars I would.

Dang, I wanna like this spot so much more. The food was great. The patio is gorgeous. However, our book club made arrangements in advance and the music was SO LOUD. We had to shout at each other the entire time. We asked for the volume to be adjusted several times. You would think on a Sunday at 4pm when the place wasn't even near to full that an 8-person group would be able to have the volume turned down for the hour and a half of our patronage. I still tipped the server because she worked hard and it wasn't her fault. Management, please do better.

I came here because I live close and could walk to it. I was expecting just basic bar food but honestly it was much better than that. I was with eight friends and every meal on the table was delicious. I'll definitely be returning.

Bankhead Brewpub in Farmers Branch is a must-visit! The service is great, the in-house brewed beer selection is wide, and the atmosphere is fantastic.
Our server, TK, was an incredible host and made our second visit even better. We enjoyed the Espresso Martini, Mile Marker 10 and the Reach Out. We were particularly impressed to learn that a portion of the proceeds from the Reach Out beer supports men's mental health, specifically bringing awareness to suicide. It’s great to see a local spot giving back.
For food, we took TK’s recommendation and tried the Street taco pizza. It was a 10/10, a truly unique and delicious take on pizza.
We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend checking this place out.

This place is awesome! The food was super delicious! The beer selection was excellent! The best part... Louis The bartender. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their beers, the ingredients, and the flavors. This place will definitely be a staple for us!

Easily one of the best places to get food and drinks after a long day. Alorah, Tk, and Louis took care of us! Absolutely phenomenal service! My partner and I decided to come here to treat ourselves and received beyond exceptional service. The food was phenomenal (we had the pretzel as a starter, and chicken and fries to share, Tk served us some of the best drinks we've had.) Louis was our server and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Will definitely keep coming back, as long as all of them are here. Thank you Bankhead!

I enjoy coming into Bankhead on weekends especially Fridays and Sundays! I absolutely love the food without a doubt. But lately I haven’t been seeing my usual requested server Jon Carlos, with exceptional service. I’ve been getting subpar service. Not getting the usual explanations on their chef special features and desserts, no sample offers of new beer, or service offering to box my food at the end. Also my favorite beer Mile Marker 21 has been out for a while. We need an update!
