I love cheesesteak sandwiches and this place has the best around, IMO. I love the peppered cheesesteak, the fries are always hot and well-seasoned, and the service at the Josey location is very friendly.

Some coworkers recommended we go here for lunch. Upon arrival, I asked the cashier if they had Whiz. He said, “No.”
Ok, so I asked if they had Provolone. He thought about it for a second and said, “No.”
I asked what kind of cheese was on the cheesesteak, and he said, “queso.”
The fact that that they had neither was tough to digest. So, I asked if they could do a Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak. He said they could do it, and it was fine. I can’t believe there are as many reviews for people willing to pay for a $15 cheesesteak and fries in this random corner of Farmers Branch.
I can’t, in good faith, recommend this place over others in the neighboring ZIP codes.

Five stars for Cheesesteak House in Farmers Branch! This place truly delivers. The cheesesteak was absolutely amazing – perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. Beyond the incredible food, the staff deserves a huge shoutout for being so awesome and friendly. Plus, the dining area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making for a perfect casual meal. You won't be disappointed! I can't wait to bring my family back. This is top shelf stuff!!

I’ve had many Philly cheesesteaks, including a few different cheesesteak spots out here alone. No doubt, this is 100% as authentic as a Philly cheesesteak gets. Pretty sure it’s an amoroso roll which is awesome. The cheese soaks into the meat and the bread perfectly. Idk if it’s kraft whiz they use but it’s an amazing whiz. It’s just the perfect quintessential cheesesteak. Nothing else I’ve had out here is as good or authentic. Incredible sandwich!

The bread tasted like they microwave it to warm it up, making it too chewy. And if you want to actually taste the meat while you're forever chewing the bread, better order double meat because there's not much on it. No cheese either, just a nuked bun and a little meat. I thought this place used to be good?

Very friendly staff. We were warmly greeted the moment we entered. The door. You do walk up and order at the counter, but they will bring the food to your table. I ordered the burger and my significant other order. The Philly cheesesteak. the food comes out quickly.
