Amazing food! My family and I eat firehouse subs maybe once a week. We just love it so much! This is our go to location. Everyone is always working hard and super friendly. I was inclined to write this review as I had superior customer service today by Victor. Victor was very kind and made sure my child and I were feeling safe and comfortable in a situation that was out of the store’s control. I want it to be clear that it had nothing to do with the store and its employees....
I have an allergy to gluten. Toni was knowledgeable about how to prepare my food. She was the only person to touch my sandwich (they have GF bread. She used fresh mayo and mustard. She also explained that she included a plastic knife to cut my sandwich myself. She was gracious and gave great service. I took my food out.

I am so glad that this Firehouse Subs location opened. It’s perfect for me and my colleagues to get a quick, delicious, and enjoyable lunch. They’ve got the greatest food and exceptional service! Shout out to Kelly for going above and beyond.
