The Diner Reviews
Great People, Good Food, Excellent Breakfast, Good Coffee and Ice Tea, A great bacon cheeseburger and chicken fried steak sandwich, cooked to order fried chicken, awesome waffles, have you seen their Pies?? This place is great and if something isn’t right, they will make it right. Awesome Breakfast Counter at the pass, diner style. As far as Dallas Diners go, it’s one of the remaining few.

First time here. The menu looks amazing. Home cooking. The reviews are excellent. Classic 1950s diner decor. I’ll let you know how good the food is. The coffee is yummy. The service was excellent.
Update:
Piping hot and delicious! Got some pie to go.
No I would not recommend this location.
Went to this location and left my disable grandson tablet. Called and spoke to Andrea and before I can finish voicing my concern Andrea stated “ it Sunday and we dont have time to look”.
Asked if I can speak with someone else regarding this matter, and Andrea “ oh they will tell you the same thing”.
Don’t waste your time!
Food was Luke warm, and server was great.

The Diner is a simple, classic spot known for its comforting food and friendly service. It offers breakfast and lunch staples like pancakes, biscuits, and country potatoes, all made from scratch. The biscuits and gravy remain a highlight, and the bacon is perfectly crisp. The atmosphere is charming with a retro 1950s vibe and colorful decor, creating a warm environment for guests. The staff ensures everyone feels welcome and satisfied, with friendly service that keeps coffee hot and topped off. The menu features dishes like chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, carrots, open faced turkey sandwich, club sandwich with tater tots, and eggs Benedict. Desserts in the case are tempting, and the Sunday brunch with chicken fried steak, hash browns, and eggs continues to be popular. The place offers large portions at affordable prices, making it a favorite for many. Overall, its nostalgic decor, fresh food, fast service, and delicious pie options keep visitors coming back for more.
