I've gone to this Jersey Mike's frequently since it has opened. And most of my experiences have been great. This was not the case during my last visit. It's no secret that they are expensive, but I would never eat at Subway, and Jersey Mike's sandwiches just taste good. On this particular visit the young man was more than likely not trained right. There was no friendliness, he got our order wrong, even though we're trying to walk him through the steps of what we wanted. It was just one of the most worst experiences I've had with fast food. I'm hoping it was just a bad day, but I like I said I've had great experiences with this particular store.

I haven't been to one in a while. i forgot how good their sandwiches are. A bit cramped for space at this location, so better to be a pickup order... but they keep the place tidy. Now im hankering for another sandwich.

We just received some of the worst customer service from this store's manager. We placed an order using the app. However immediately realized the pick up time was incorrect so we called the store immediately and gave them the proper pick up time which was 18 minutes later. They said over the phone, not to worry, they would make the sandwhich at that time. But within 5 minutes of this call, we ran into traffic crossing lake ray hubbard bridge. So we called back to say that we would just need to update them when to make the sandwhich as traffic was at a standstill. They then said well the sandwhich is already made which was well before the original pick up time, but he said he would remake it once we got there. So once we arrive the manager had our sandwhich which was cold as it was the 1st sandwich they made and he suggested they would not give us a fresh hot sandwhich.For us, we will never visit this establishment again, and we love the food there and we told them that. I guess the cost of remaking 1 sandwhich in there eyes is worth it.

We are very happy to have a Jersey Mike's in Fate. We have gone to the Rockwall location for years and have had zero complaints. This location has been good for the most part, but it is inconsistent.We went 4/6 and although not busy inside, all of the kids working seemed very distracted. Partially because there was a female friend in there visiting by the register and she seemed to be holding their attention. The kid making the sandwiches had to ask and be told 4 times what we wanted. He was not paying attention to the customers, but instead the girl. Also, the girl was somewhat in the way of the customers trying to visit with her friends. She got way too close to an LEO reaching across the counter to help herself to a drink cup and it put him a little on the defense.The kids were cussing, which is unprofessional, and complaining about people, also unprofessional. One was complaining about his salary. The one who was distracted to the degree he could not get our order right, he had to be told 4 times we wanted pickles. He put such a thin layer of mayo on the sandwich is was almost dry. He put onions after being asked to skip them. He barely put any of the vinegar on the Mike's way and we were a little concerned about the condition of the wilted lettuce and very wet tomatoes.Also want to add, the guy that always pops the sandwich bags open loudly should really be told to stop immediately. There is nothing to absorb sound in that entire building and each time he does that it is both shocking and ear-piercing. Almost like a shot going off. It does not make for a pleasant experience when dining in. Cool trick to get the bag open, but very unpleasant for the customers.Unfortunately after this visit, not only was the service bad, but we ended up with stomach problems. I will avoid the details. Not sure if it was the wilted lettuce, meats, the mound of bacon sitting out or what, but it was a miserable night for our household.

I ordered a Philly to go. It told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes thinking I would have to wait. Boy was I wrong. I opened my sandwhich and took a bite which was ice cold. They did not add the veggies I asked for, and the soda was room temperature. I’m not sure if the food was cooked improperly therefore never reaching the temp it should have been or if it was left sitting there and got cold. The point is, if you tell someone to pick something up in 30 minutes it can’t be ice cold and improperly slipped together in 10 minutes!
We have been to this Jersey Mike’s countless times and they have been very consistent. They are always very polite. Went in today 1/21/2023 around 10:15 am and the 2 young men and the young woman at the front were extremely kind. They made sandwich correctly as well. That’s how it’s supposed to be!

I've only ever been to this Jersey Mike's so don't have another to compare it to but I've enjoyed it! The food is good, I've enjoyed the hot subs and the service has always been friendly. I give a 4 star because of over doing it a bit with the lettuce on the sandwiches making it harder to eat my sub!

I've been here multiple times now and every single time the employees have been so welcoming. I really enjoy dining in and observing the teamwork it seems like everyone really gets along and I always leave with a smile. In a world where everything is expensive and no one really seems to care about their job anymore it's just really refreshing to be here. Oh and the bread is always so fresh.
