Been trying out new places and this one will have to go on the permanent rotation. Ordered the boneless 10 wing combo with the Caribbean jerk, Buffalo Parmesan, and spicy ranch to dip. Wings were much larger than I expected and tasted amazing. Had that good heat where you get flavor instead of pure burning. The service was awesome and welcoming along with the atmosphere. Would highly recommend trying out at least once.

Advertised a promotion running 2/2–2/6, then quietly ended it early because they “needed the stock for a future event.” So let me get this straight: you’ll happily advertise dates to get people in the door, but once it’s inconvenient for you, the deal magically disappears?
If you’re going to run a promotion, honor it — or don’t advertise dates you have no intention of keeping. Ending it early because you’d rather save inventory for something else isn’t “running out,” it’s misleading. That’s bait-and-switch behavior, plain and simple.
No apology, no substitute, no rain check — just a shrug and an excuse.
Update!! It looks like there was just some miscommunication in-store about the promotion. The owner reached out and honored the original price, and I appreciate them making it right. No hard feelings — stuff happens

Would like to specifically commend Lacey in this review. From the minute we’re walking in, we’re greeted warmly. She explained the menu (We were first timers) and offered suggestions and sauce samples. In a day and age where service and hospitality seems rushed and overlooked, it lives here with her. The food was great, I don’t want to exclude the quality of food but the service was even better! Definitely have repeat customers for my family of 4 from here on out.

Very disappointing experience. This location advertised a weekly wing special that is supposedly valid through today 2/6/26. That promotion was the sole reason we chose this place tonight and brought our family. Once there, we were told they decided not to honor it anymore to “save wings for the Super Bowl.” No prior notice anywhere and nothing was offered to compensate for the inconvenience—even after explaining why we were there. Promotions should be honored or clearly communicated if they’re canceled. This felt like a bait-and-switch. We won’t be returning.

I’ve been here five days in a row that should say a lot about the food . It’s not just the traditional wings it’s the boneless wings it’s the loaded fries, and my favorite tenders with hot buffalo Parmesan and my fries tossed in Cajun. Everyday I tried something new and everyday I was very well satisfied with everything about WING SNOB!!!!.
