The service was fast and everything looked good when it came, but the wings were ice cold and the sauce was like warm. We were hungry so we ate it and afterwards told the employees. Sadly, they didn't offer anything to make up for it. So we won't be coming back. If you specialize in Wings, how can you serve them cold. Make it make sense!

For almost $40, you’d think the wings would have some seasoning. We got the 16pc fan pack and split the flavors mango habanero/lemon pepper sauce. The mango habanero was all mango no habanero despite having 3 flames for heat level, and the lemon pepper wings didn’t even have any seasoning or sauce on them. Wish we checked before we left because we didn’t realize until we got home, my husband used our own lemon pepper seasoning for his. Was really excited to try this place but we’re incredibly disappointed, should’ve just gone to wing stop in RC.

Crazy expensive wing stop is more cheaper almost 54$ for just 16 wings!? 65 dollars for 30 piece!? Me and my family ended up walking out because of the crazy prices. And the cashier lady was kind of snotty But if you want some good quality and good service wings just go to wing stop it’s better.

My husband placed an order in store for lemon pepper wet and buffalo parm wings. The buffalo parm are ridiculously overcooked and the lemon pepper wet were barely sauced. What a waste of money!!!!!
I was excited to try this place after looking at the menu... but unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the Buffalo Ranch Sandwich it came with the sauce, mayo, and pickles, no lettuce, no tomato, and no onion and smaller than expected. The fries were terribly oily and looked old, so I didn't eat that. I also bought 6 piece boneless wings with the hottest sauce, of course, the HOT AF ???? and that made me happy! it's definitely one I recommend, but you probably wanna get the sauce not so hot, I have a high tolerance for spicy, and I still couldn't eat all 6 pieces. The guy that cashed my order is very polite, though I give service a 4 star because I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order.

It takes a long time to fries some wings almost no sauce on it and not that impress and TV super loud I wont recommend tbh. Ohh super pricey for what u get not worse the money:( and after waiting a long time for the food they bring the wrong wings do def don't come here.

Been to this spot only a few times. The first time was a little underwhelming but I gave them a second chance a week ago and the cashier Sheila was a ball of good energy and made sure my food was made with care. Good food. Even better service.

Sheila and Rick are the best !!! One of my favorite wings spots, good food, clean atmosphere always polite!!
We came in for a birthday lunch for our kids. Sheila was very friendly and recommended their fresh breaded tenders, and a family order of fries. Everything we ordered was so delicious and fresh. As we ate, they came and wished the kids happy birthday and let them choose a dessert in the house! The food was awesome and the friendliness of the staff was top notch.

Disappointed! Ordered chicken tenders, and with garlic Parmesan and some with maple syrup. How ridiculous to put them in the same box... They're all swimming in syrup when I get home and I literally cannot tell which is which.
Cole slaw was gross.
You can almost see the apathy in the employees and that starts with management. I won't be coming here again.

I went over there Tuesday afternoon and everything seemed fine at first, took my food 2go ate everything once i got home and maybe 2 hours later is when everything started. I got none stop diarrhea all night and vomiting from what i think is food poisoning. It was so bad i had to call into work on Wednesday because of it. I don’t know if the wings just were not cooked properly or it was a case of cross contamination but I definitely will not be coming back

This place is amazing. The customer service is top tier!!! Every time I enter they are always ready to help with a smile. I’m a DoorDash worker that goes into all restaurants all the time and I rarely go and do a review for a place but wow they are amazing they definitely deserve one. I picked up an order and their food always smells so good. I had to try it out. Even at closing they have fresh food freshly dropped each order. I tried the honey bbq chicken and it was amazing and fresh even so late at night. This was seriously amazing. Their food is reasonably priced for being so fresh. Definitely recommend just on their customer service alone let alone the amazing food. Definitely recommend!!! Will be coming back for sure!!!
