“Second time eating at a First Watch and first time eating at this location. We reserved a table for 9 AM on a Thursday only to be told we needed to wait an extra 15 minutes. It was a little discouraging since we previously reserved our table.

However, once we were seated at our table and ordered our food, it was brought out very promptly which made the experience so much better. The food was exceptional, the staff was polite and efficient. I would totally come back.“

“Very good food and service! I ordered the "lunch special" with pork chops, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The chops were nice and juicy, with brown gravy. If I would have known how big they were, I would have ordered the "senior"pork chop, which came with only 1 chop. I couldnt finish it all. The potatoes were instant, but very well seasoned. The only thing that kept me from giving the food 5 stars, was the green beans were still a little crunchy. My wife ordered the senior CFS; It was large enough that she could only eat half. It was a frozen, pretty breaded patty, but very tasty. The cream gravy was from a mix, but tasted like Pioneer mix, which I think is the best mix out there. We will return next time we are in Tyler, as I want to sample the Mexican menu.“

“They were crazy busy lunch rush but my food was cooked perfectly and it was pretty wasn't all slapped together. I got the blt with fries to go. The employees at the register were friendly and calm and collected they repeated my order and for it being very very busy I was surprised that I got my food pretty quickly and everything tasted fresh and the fries were nice and hot and the price was not bad 7.99 +tax drink not included. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant 😋“

In the tasting room, Kristy recognized me from my whisky-themed shirt and introduced us to Emily, the mixologist, and Marnelle, the owner of Kiepersol. They were curious about my whisky trail adventure and eager to share what they had to offer. Their product lineup was impressively comprehensive and well-executed. I was intrigued by their story as a family-owned business, their evident pride in their work, and their commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Touring the facility, I was amazed at their growth and resilience in overcoming challenges. “The food was INCREDIBLE!!! We tried the wagyu ribeye, crispy Brussels, twice baked potato, garlic masked potatoes and the Mac and cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection and succulent. The service was amazing as well, not overly attentive where we couldn't focus on each other, but just the right amount of service. We ended the meal with the cheese cake and was equally impressed with that. The only note is that next time I will request to be seated in the little alcoves that have tables with just two chairs, it looked really cozy for a date night! Oh and the bread they brought out as a starter was also really delicious, I just wanted to make sure and save room for the steak. It's definitely a great place for a special date night or celebration. Highly recommend!“
