New owners didn't change much and it's all the same service when it was the old store

We were passing through Florence and found this hidden gem. AMAZING breakfast. Literally as good as Cracker Barrel and 1/3 the price. Pancakes were huge! Gravy was flavorful. Service was super fast, its an order at the counter and sit yourself type of cafe.
