My guilty pleasure is the number 4 with French fries and a strawberry milkshake! Don’t forget to ask for Braum’s sauce.

service was okay. had a hard time punching in the order but they figured it out. I get my sandwich and there is so much mayonnaise on it, that I open it and it's smeared on everything. it's all over the packaging on the inside. it gets all over my shirt, my hands, my arm, my pants, and the truck I'm in. I literally had to throw the bread away completely out of my truck to keep it from getting anywhere else. now I have some chicken and bacon and a big pile of lettuce covered in mayonnaise to eat. there was so much mayonnaise on there, I can't believe that they would do that to somebody sandwich. they wrapped it like they crushed it up. like they were mad at it. the manager needs to get their stuff together and pay attention to what their people are doing, they didn't say thank you. they were not nice to me when they handed me the food. they just called the number. through it down and walked away. when I opened it half my fries weren't even in there. there was half a small box of fries. the sandwich was clearly balled up in the rapper like it was trash. not a good experience I'll stay away from this Brahms. I'm getting close to not going to braums at all. it used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I've been going there since 1986. it's sad to see this establishment fall into shame.

The food is good enough for fast food, but the real reason to come here is the ice cream. I like making shakes out of any ice cream you want and their malts are very good! The best part of all it’s relatively cheap for a late night ice cream run

Usually solid, but Forgot my french fries with a meal and braums sauce and messed my order up two times in a row.

I just ordered a spicy pimento bacon chicken combo sandwich. The sandwich has at least 25 jalapenos in it the bacon was so crispy it was black. The amount of pimento cheese caused the bun to slide. AND lastly the chicken was 1/4 inch thick with LOTS of grisly stuff. Come on Braums you can do better

They make a good burger. Only downside is the location sneaks up on you and the parking lot is a deep downhill slope getting into it.

Just came from there and it was horrible. I got a scoop of ice cream in a cup, they over filled it and didn't put a lid on it and was half melted. We got a banana split and they didn't put the lid on correct so it spilled all over my car. They forgot fries with my order. As much as I love Braum's, I will never go to this one again. Would give it zero stars if I could.

And they got my order wrong. And the food was not good at all.

Very good ice cream, especially the favorite of my children, which is chocolate.

HER NAME IS CRYSTAL!!!! And she will be fired or arrested for the way she treats her. Employees!!!! Hi, I was at Braun’s about a week ago and somebody threw up, I saw the manager tell a young boy to clean up the throw up with a terrible attitude and even threatened to fire him if he doesn’t clean it up quickly, also I was noticing how she was treating all the younger employees probably 18 and under? And she was yelling at them telling them to do things that CLEARLY was not their job! I have younger children and the way she treated these young employees was disgusting! And I will get in contact with Braums tomorrow morning and let them know how she is abusive to the young employees and not only treats them with abuse but also threatening the employees that they would be fired if they didn’t do what she said all the while she was texting and EATING! I went back the next day and she was treating them worse than inmates! Please help me spread this message and get this manager fired bc she’s literally abusing them, until than please DO NOT GO TO THIS BRAUMS ALSO AT CLOSING SHE MADE THEM Take the EXPIRED FOOD AND SERVE IT TO CUSTOMERS THE NEXT DAY! I have EVERYTHING recorded and will take action!
