I just moved to Dallas and went to try Cava in Flower Mound for my first time. Not only was the food tasty and flavorful, but the atmosphere was very welcoming. I was greeted by Rita who took the time to explain what the food options were and assisted me with creating my first bowl! Rita made my first experience awesome and I will be returning for another meal in the near future!

Cava is my absolutely favorite! Dejuana by far does the best job with the Flower Mound location. They rarely run out of ingredients and all the employees are on top of it! Love this place.

Staff is nice, but the portion is so little. The chicken is half compared to chipolet. The rice and vegetables are also smaller portion. My bowl is just a little over half of the bowl. I am very disappointed with the $14 steak bowl.
