Upon arrival around 6pm, during its peak time on a Saturday, I walked in to a greeting from what appears to be a member of the management team. I ordered my food with Mario and his very enthusiastic attitude made me feel welcome. While checking out, he asked about my day and the overall experience was definitely the best service I've seen in a while. I'm most definitely coming back soon and recommending it to my friends. Mario's customer service is phenomenal and he definitely deserves recognition.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Let me start off by saying right when you walk it you can tell it’s so clean! Then you’re welcomed by an amazing team! Rita is freaking amazing! I make sure I go see her and get amazing food at least once a week! She is so nice and always has the best recommendations ! She’s told me they make things fresh there and you can definitely taste it! The GM is super nice as well! She really listened when I talked to her and you can tell she really cares about the team! I stopped going to chipotle and started coming here!

I've never been to CAVA before, and was kinda scared of possibl fast food type Mediterranean. My friend recommended CAVA though so Here I am giving it a chance. Sophie greeted me. She was super cordial and fun while letting me ask a million questions about each thing. She was so professional and extremely clean. A fellow coworker guy tried to cut corners to rush cleaning, but she quickly got him in line and made him do it right. Everything she recommended was absolutely delicious, and I loved my meal. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The business owners should know that this worker is one they should never lose. She's an excellent outward facing person representing your business.

The Food was extra salty, the pita chips extra salty, thedressings horrible...This place is getting worse and worse, I asked for extra side of roasted veggies (i was willing to pay) and they did not wanted to give me the half order ( They had in the past, several times), then i paid for a drink, the soda machine did not have gas, i asked and the response: "I don't know,and turned away, i asked again this time the cashier and she just turned away, said " ohh thanks", total 3 different girls, (they must have a missersble job-pay) Then after all that, that i asked for sweetener for the tea: The response , "we don't have"...So don't go to this CAVA, I'm not a fake client and I was in love with This Cava I have been coming since they opened, now its so so bad...PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS CAVA..all the ONE start reviwes are 100% TRUE...

However, all the staff was very patient and kind through the entire visit (ordering, sitting down to eat, etc). Specifically want to recognize Rita for her phenomenal hospitality and friendliness.
