We LOVE Dix Cafe and is our favorite in the metroplex. We've gone to many brunch spots but the flavors here are amazing and the decor is lovely. The Greek Omellete is our favorite and I am not even an omellete person! The blueberry pancakes have the perfect outer crispness while being soft and fluffy inside. The waffles are also excellent. I visited this establishment for the third time. The service was quite exceptional. Medina was both courteous and polite. The food was excellent. I had the greek omelette. The coffee was well balanced. I highly recommend this restaurant.
The food and service were great but the fitness center next door had heavy bass and music thumping which made for an awkward breakfast experience. We were there around 830am on a Saturday. We'll probably avoid going back because of the walls thumping.
