THE BEST experience! We went to the roasters in Lewisville, not entirely sure what to expect. They sell coffee beans, bottled coffee, and more. The amazing part was the conversation we had with Jay. He showed us around the roastery, taught us about the equipment, and gave us coffee to sample. My wife and I recently took at class here, and got to meet Maria. What can I say but... WOW. The class was unbelievable (and we will be recommending it to so many people) but what took it over the top was the opportunity we got to meet and interact with Maria.

I stopped by this place yesterday and was greeted by Jay, who was very nice and helpful. He recommended a few different lines of their bagged coffee beans great for espresso and I decided to give their Phonogragh and Primavera brands a try. This morning, I made a cup of latte with the primavera and it really exceeded my expectation. It was fresh, smooth, very balanced and delicious! Strongly recommend this roaster!!
