I got the pizza with truffle oil. I ordered it with prosciutto but they finally said they were out of prosciutto and the pizza was very bland and barely warm when I received it. A large part of the crust was burned and the ricotta came in big dollops on each slice which was too much at once. I ate it because I was so hungry but would have liked a better pizza.

We were extremely pleased with this restaurant. The ambience was nice, you could sit in a booth or find a table off to the side. All the food from the bread and salad to the main course and desert was very nicely prepared and very tasty. We will definitely be coming back.

Usually I love this place and had not been in a few months. I took my son out for his birthday on Saturday and I'm sorry to report all of the food was bad. We had calamari to start that had been fried too such a dark brown it was one shade from burnt. My son had the short rib ragu and there was no meat to be found and the pappardelle was so thick it was gross (not the width). I had the chicken piccata and it was tasteless with soggy chicken (my go to favorite at Fiori). We ordered 2 specialty cocktails and my son's tasted like simple syrup with nutmeg on top and was not drinkable. Mine was a shaken cocktail that was not strained with several big chunks of ice that tasted okay. The bread was good. Others had mentioned the decline and I didn't believe them.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD. Terrible terrible food that’s an understatement. Terrible service and the MANAGERS are the worst I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how they even have a business, the manager came and spoke to me and I smelled liquor all over him and I was disgusted with the drunks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Reporting them to health and safety as well. Don’t ever go here.
I took my family to eat dinner here as the place i wanted to go was closed. The place looks amazing, then the waiter came and he seemed nice but he recommended a drink and It was waaay to sweet and he noticed we were not drinking them, so he said he would see what he could do. Never mentioned it again, then the pizza came and it was oozing so much oil that my wife didnt eat. The pasta dish was good, but thats it. Spent over $100 for Oily pizza, good pasta and they still charges us for the drinks. The waiter said I should of told you the drinks were sweet. I hate sweet drinks. Then I saw the nails of the waiter they were dirty dirty and black under all his nails. It made me sick to my stomach. We paid and left... Never again

Food was great but service was horrible. We went at 4:45 pm on a Saturday. There was no one in the restaurant for majority of our visit and it still took forever. We have gluten allergies so we understand adding some extra time for food preparation. We order several things and were told they were out… Overall so disappointing for a birthday dinner.

I came here for Valentine’s Day it sucked. They charged 99 per person but it wasn’t worth it at all. The food was just ok and the staff was extremely ill prepared. They looked so lost and pitiful, It was hard to watch. We were served the wrong thing FOUR TIMES. Thats pretty bad considering it was a four course meal. If you’re going to make people spend 99 dollars with no warning maybe actually train your staff?? The whole thing was just so rushed. I was also served a piping hot plate with no warning and I burned my hand. The meals were so mediocre anyways. The portion sizes were so small too it was such a rip off. I just feel like it was such a poorly organized scam. It’s so unfortunate because I used to love this place. Their normal menu is pretty good I dont know why they changed it.
