I've had several of their bowls and they are so delicious! I love their healthy options. The refreshers are a must-try. I had a hibiscus lemonade that was perfect, not to sweet. The Mediterranean bliss bowl is a good option if you're vegan or vegetarian. I believe the dressing may have dairy but it's on the side so it can easily be avoided.

I absolutely love this place! The decor, the design, the lighting — everything feels beautiful and spotless.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their customers and pay attention to every detail.
But the best part for me was the food. The menu is so complete, and honestly everything sounds delicious. The salads are incredible! I tried the shrimp panini and the garlic chicken pesto, and both were amazing.
The coffee was also sooo good! I’m already excited to come back.

Grutogi is a beautiful Cafe with delicious food and drinks and a whimsical cozy atmosphere. The staff were very nice and I enjoyed everything I ate. I can't wait to come back and try more things!

The Turkeycado sandwich was very good.

Cutesy little cafe vibes and delicious food! A friend and I got an order to go and split the harvest salad (with lemon dressing) and the golden garlic chicken panini. Both were fantastic! We also have big sweet tooth's so got the salted chocolate chip cookie and GF double chocolate donut to share. They were pretty average- I would pass on these.

I'm glad I went in to order, because on their online menu, the photo makes it seem like the chips they have are made in house. They're not- they're bagged chips like you would get at any sandwich shop. Due to the high cost of the food itself, we opted to eat some kettle chips and add an avocado that we had at home to the salad.

Overall, a good experience, some yummy options, and fast service. But pretty pricey for a sandwich and salad.

Nice little gem of a place. Located in Parker square. Exceptional service. Drinks are phenomenal. Food is tasty. Family owned. Nice decor. What a blessing to have this place in the neighborhood.

On the disappointing side. Husband ordered the keto bowl and it came with quinoa 😬😳 which was not listed on the menu. We let the waitress know when she brought out my plate and she did not offer to remake. The eggs looked like they came out of a box. My meal arrived after my daughter had already finished. The person at cash was lovely though.

My wife and I finally visited Grutogi after daughter kept raving about it. Our only complaint was why didn't we come sooner!

This Bistro easily has the best sandwiches in Flower Mound. Maybe even all of DFW. I had the chicken panini and my wife had the regular chicken sandwich. Both were excellent.

The service is great and friendly. They were very patient and helpful with us as we navigated their menu. The atmosphere is nice with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I work on the square and I have been trying to find a good bistro since I started. Everything about Grutogi Bistro is stellar. The staff is very welcoming and kind, the atmosphere is calming, and the food/beverages are exceptional. I will be returning!

I visited Texas this spring break and ate here. I had the best panini ever!! The employee jaimie was so nice and cute i’m just gonna steal her like stole my heart. jaimie pls come back i love you. ❤
