Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

Employees are still good & the ice cream is top notch.

However in their pints & quarts, there is about a 50-75% drop off in toppings from the ice cream they scope & serve in store. Effectively, a giant waste of money.

Such a cheap, penny-pinching mindset to rob the customers that want to take their ice cream home. Fix it!

I have several food allergies (wheat and soy are the big ones) and trying a new place is always a little bit of a hassle, but I was so excited to see that this place had a very clear allergen menu availible online for me to look over. It made things super easy, and the ice cream was delicious!!! Absolutley will come back again!!!

They apparently used the same scooper for my peanut ice cream as they did for my child's ice cream. She is severely allergic to peanuts and had a serious allergic reaction after eating her vanilla ice cream. (((( Anaphylactic shock))))I am so angry at the lackadaisical care they took when handling the ice cream. Proper precautions should be taken when serving customers with food allergies, and this experience was both frightening and unacceptable.

Totally impressed with the staff on this Mothers Day during the 1pm hour ! They went out of their way to continue to make my catering pickup order that much smoother for delivery to my guests. Please give all 3 a raise! treat them to lunch for a week! throw each a few extra PTO days!!! They deserve it 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

First of all, the ice cream is absolutely delicious! I had the chocolate with big chocolate chip chunks in a waffle cone. I was with two others who had different flavors, but our response was the same. We enjoyed every bite (lick? 😋.) The ice cream was so creamy!
Also, the servings were EXTREMELY generous. I got a small and it was like getting a large at other places.
The workers were very helpful and cheerful.
There is seating outside under a tree which is pleasant plus plenty of seating inside.
We all agreed that we'd be back and would bring others with us.

I’ve tried their graham cracker and limited time. Coconut ice cream , they both were absolutely delicious, the staff is very friendly and informative.

The staff are always friendly and offer flavor suggestions and combos when I ask. The ice cream of course is delicious too. I'd highly recommend trying the sampler, four scoops of ice cream for 6 bucks is a great deal imo. Here's an updated pic of the menu too

As always the ice cream is divine. Great customer service from Payton, she was supper friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Will gladly be back for my next dose of 2 scoops of Graham Central Station.

Exceptional service even though it was near closing on a Saturday night. The person recommended a child's sized come, although I ordered a small, due to its actual size and practicality. Very cool of her, I didn't even see the option on the menu.
I highly recommend this cool little shop, and I'll definitely bring my kids back.
