Great food, waitress was very attentive. Owner came over and had a nice conversation about cooking the bbq, cook checked on how the food was. We left with empty plates. Will definitely be back. Great that it’s in our neighborhood!

The staff was super friendly. They were out of several menu items.. We had the Mac n cheese with brisket and Chico plate with brisket and 2 sides. Brisket was okay.. Mac n cheese was delicious.

LOVE HD Smoked Goods! They are the best in town

One of my favorite barbecue spots is right here! The owners are awesome, and the food is outstanding!

Wasn't a big fan of the food. Had the turkey, brisket, pork shoulder, and the sausage. It didn't taste fresh, and it was very dry. The only meat worth eating was the sausage. I'm not sure if all this meat was precooked days before. it just didn't taste fresh at all.

Ordered on uber eats as a first timer. We received our order extremely fast!

Really was in the mood for ribs and smoked wings. Unfortunately tonight fell short…the smoked wings were indeed deep fried and hard. No flavor but grease. I couldn’t eat one.

The ribs were flavorless besides some seasoning on top. Lacked the true smoked flavor.

Green beans were soggy and fried okra tasted like the grease from the wings.

I hate leaving a bad review, but disappointed tonight…

Excellent food. Huge portions! Best brisket I've ever had.
Cons. Service is very slow and the restaurant is extremely cold - not due to the temp but to poor insulation.

We were a little disappointed — there were four of us, so we tried a variety of meats. The turkey, brisket, and pulled pork were bland and dry and completely missing that slow-smoked flavor. The sides were good, though, and the service was friendly.

Pork and brisket too salty, got the two meat plate to go, not a good value.

We ordered to go, for the first time tonight. We got a baked potato with chopped brisket- there was a ton of really hard burnt bark on it and the non burnt pieces were very dry. We also got the Andrew burger- there were no toppings on it like the picture suggests. Mac and cheese was okay, fries were standard. Disappointed for the cost!

Attempted to eat here on 8/31, stood at the front waiting for service for almost 5 minutes and no employee ever came out to help us so we left.

I hate to post a negative food review for a small business (and maybe it was an off day); however, without question this was the worst bbq I have had in the dfw area as a 10 year resident. Their title implies they smoke their meats but there is nothing smoked at all about the bbq and I have the impression it was oven baked. No smoke flavor whatsoever, the brisket was dry, leathery, over seasoned, ribs were a grayish color with no flavor and the Mac and cheese was out of a box. Candidly the quality of the food was embarrassing. The cafeteria at my office serves bbq much better than this location for a quarter the price.

On the brightside the service was great and I genuinely wish them well going forward and hope to see improvement in the future

Best BBQ peppercorns make it delish! BBQ Sauce exceptionally good- not too sweet. Mayberry family friendly atmosphere- definitely dine in for a comfortable experience…Support family owned !
