Recently, I finished my first 6 sessions at O2 Life. Carrie Padilla (Owner) was amazing to work with. She explains every step and set me up for success completing my first round of O2 Life. I was new to the EWAK process but felt at ease learning how this activity would benefit me in the short and long term. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their overall physical performance, athletic ability, or just jumping back from a bad Covid-19 spell. Who would have thought having high doses of oxygen could make you feel so good.
