Rudest staff ever! Ordered 2 McGriddles and a coke. I reconfirmed the order of no egg and cheese and he came back with “I NEVER SAID EGG & CHEESE” in the rudest tone. Ok…move on to get my order and the girl at the window hands me the bag. Ordered a big mac without the middle bun and a double cheese burger...bug mac had the bun, the cheese burger had one party and dry??? Why the F would you order DOUBLE cheese burger and ask for ONE patty?..
They have very poor customer service. i asked for my cones in drink cups in a drink tray to travel. The manager refused to fox this when I asked for the cones to please be right side up. She laughed at me, and shut the drive through window.
