I’ve never backed out of the drive through lane of a fast food restaurant. But I ordered and then sat there for 15 minutes. Still being next to the speaker, I cancelled my order and then backed my way out. What is happening to this Taco Bell branch? Why is the service so poor here? I don’t get it.
Came here a few weekends ago and they were SLAMMED. I think there were only 2 people staffed that night so to keep up with the line of cars they had the guests place mobile orders and then make them once the orders were sent. It did take a bit of time, but the way the staff was able to take care of the situation with calmness and as fast as they could- they did an incredible job!!! Whoever the manager is, PLEASE ADD A PERSON TO THE NIGHT SHIFT ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY!
Elizabeth and Team di da great job of getting my order ready for 6 hungry teenage girls. Everything was correct, hot and fresh.

While the store can sometimes be dirty and the atmosphere could be improved with some music, the overall experience at Taco Bell remains consistently positive and enjoyable.
