I don’t know what is going on with these local Taco Bells. We ordered our food, drove up, and paid. Guy hands us our cc back and then immediately hands us our order. We were amazed because oh wow that was so fast.Y’all he handed us somebody’s Door Dash order. Not even close to our order. We didn’t check it because with how everything is wrapped up we usually just can’t check quickly enough. Our bad for missing the sticker I guess?The worst part is that the order handed to us was worth much less than what we paid for our real order.

I’m not sure how to spell the guys name, but it was pronounced something like Anwar. He was working on the food line and he ame up and brought our drinks. we had asked him if there was any more of the mango drink we really like, and he brought us some from the other machine himself without hesitation, and brought it to our table again. He was calm and very nice, he didn’t seem annoyed in the slightest to bring our drink. Thank you, I hope he gets to know his good work gets recognized! Also, the Bellgrande nachos are really good. My dad is very picky with food, but has always liked the bellgrande nachos. 10/10 nachosGave 4 stars to atmosphere because there was no music

I’m through with this store. I use to go there on Sundays, but they rarely got my mobile orders right. Got home to find wrong order or items missing. I now drive further and pay more at Taco Bueno for same order that are always correct. Taco Bell’s incompetent management and staff are why I switched to Taco Bueno.

I come to this Taco Bell probably 3 times a week for my autistic son. He loves Taco Bell. He loves the Mexican pizza and nacho fries. Your employee Jayda Knox is so sweet ??. Just love her customer service and beautiful welcoming smile ?. She works hard and does great. Thank you Taco Bell for making me and my son's nights yummy.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to, and that’s saying a lot. Of the past 20 times I’ve been to this location, they have failed to get my order right even one time. If they even include half of your order in the bag, it will never be correct. On top of that, you can expect to wait 20 minutes to get your food, and then another 20 minutes to receive the other half you will inevitably not get. At one point this store was the go to spot for cheap food, which is the only thing they still have going for them, but now it’s a waste of time and money. It all depends on the day you go there. Sometimes the manager is nice, sometimes the manager doesn’t care at all, but no matter what, you will not get good service. I hope the owner of this store decides to turn things around

Hands down the WORST Taco Bell center. Out of 10 times you order here, it is pretty much guaranteed 1/2 of the time your order is messed up. Rarely happens to me at other locations. I suggest go to the one near Justin rd instead.

Mercedes, the night shift manager, was genuinely the nicest and most welcoming Taco Bell employee I have ever met in my life. She was super helpful and sweet! The food was great as usual too.

Mercedes is the only reason I am writing this review. As the night shift manager she single handedly provides the most heart-warming, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for me to enjoy my tacos. Myself being a person in the food service industry I can truly understand how difficult it is to always provide a smile, yet she always does so.

The interior of the restaurant, which apparently most customers don't visit, is rather unwelcoming and sterile. If you do go inside you need to order with the electronic kiosk because the employees don't seem to be organized for attending customers apart from handing over your food. I plan to use the drive through next time.Parking: It's got a fair amount of shady parking spots during the heat of summer.

Taco Bell atmosphere is standard but THIS LOCATION is just downright LAZY with employees checking themselves out in the restrooms more than anything elseFood was subpar; normalI realize it's "Toxic Hell" and middle of the food chain fast food wise but gathering my order was slow and pokey and restrooms lacked blow dryer for hands and/or towelsI cameI ateI drankand I cleaned up at a nearby McDs...prolly better off with the moms to be had at McDs on Long Prairie Road

I placed a mobile order. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pickup my order, it appeared that no other customers were there at the time. It also appeared that employees weren't there, either. I repeatedly called out, "hello." After about 5 minutes, finally, an employee offered to take my order. When I pulled forward to the window, the coffee I was given was only about ⅓ full. I was told that the machine decides the amount of coffee dispensed. Upon my inquiring as to the reason I didn't get a full cup, the employee did offer to dispense more.

The last few yrs this location has been disappointing in service and the food and how many times a order was wrong I currently just stopped going there all together the management clearly does not care and the employees there are no better surprisingly I can think of 3 times where the service was acceptable that's once a yr I been goin to this location off snd on for 3 yrs and I'm at the point where I just won't spend my money there anymore don't waste your time going here
