TRIO COFFEE formerly known as Novel Coffee

I had the opportunity to visit this café, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The service was excellent, and the coffee presentation and flavor were perfect. I hope to go again soon.

Trio Coffee is really a fantastic coffee shop. Great atmosphere, lovely coffee options.....but the standout mention is the impeccable, personalized customer service! Positivity radiates from the team and this carries through consistently with every visit. If you go more than once, they will remember your name! 🙂

Trio is ok. I would go back to try something else but I got the cortado. Starbucks is better I think. This one is strong, bitter, almost… a touch of sour?

I also got a bourbon maple latte. I can taste the base coffee flavor which is good but not earth shattering. Can’t taste much bourbon at all, mild maple. I’ll finish it, but probably won’t order it again.

Over all, the base coffee flavor is a great foundation. But I must have not ordered the right drink this time. I’ll be back to try something else. I believe this was a mild, first-time miss. Now, the customer service? TOP NOTCH. The staff and environment was very pleasant and welcoming. I’d come back just for that.

Small suggestion- I know you save money on generic cups, but a little branding is a nice touch.

Exceptionally friendly service and super prompt. It’s a great place to relax on your own while doing nothing or reading a book, catching up on work or meeting friends.
It would be a great addition if they would offer more selection of bakeries or sandwiches.

Love this place! The baristas were super friendly and the drinks were great. I got a latte and a matcha drink. Both had excellent flavors. Prices are very reasonable too. Will definitely be back!

Haven’t been here in years, but stopped by on my way to the trails and I’m so glad I did!! Such a delicious, smooth, perfect cappuccino :)

It’s so cccold in there. It’s 60 degrees outside and it’s colder inside the cafe. You hear people say “it’s freezing in here.” Some left because no jacket. Over and over. A lady who’s making the coffee is wearing a tank top. A part of being a good store manager is to make sure the customers are comfortable but I’m not sure if they care. One time, I said something and one looked annoyed. They barely said anything. The cashier is usually very friendly.

The product is good. A plenty of seats to hang out and chat.

Delicious coffee at a surprising price. We hosted a graduation party, using Trio as the venue. It was the best party. The owner gives the place a fun, comfortable generous feel. Everyone had a great time and my daughter was blown away. It was an easy headache free event.
