I ordered a meal online and the website indicated it would be ready in 15 minutes. Then 3 minutes later, I received a text message that the order was ready, so I hurried up there as fast as I could. But of course when I got home the food was cold.

There was one more annoying thing: when I arrived I did not see a sign indicating where to pick up my food. I went to the order counter to ask, but there was nobody there. But right behind the counter was a set of shelves that had a little sign on it that indicated it was the pickup area, and I could see my name on the one bag that was there. I looked around again and did not see anyone headed my way, so I took the two steps forward and grabbed the bag. As I was picking it up a girl who worked there appeared and told me off for going behind their counter. I apologized, and amazingly enough she told me off again. I think one time is enough for a teen-aged employee to admonish one of their adult customers.

Unbelievable. 4pm and was told they don't have enough teriyaki chicken, no steak, no black pepper chicken. Then he came back and said they didn't have enough fried rice. So I requested a refund and he said hang on a second, he came back and said he got enough rice and scraped together enough teriyaki chicken for my plate. They didn't have 90% of their menu in stock.

This location always makes you wait at the drive through before speaking to you, you have to say “hello?” Multiple times to get anyone to acknowledge you’re there and it always is a very slow drive through. Most recently I had placed an online order and they told me they didn’t have it ready and to go park and wait. It was 30 minutes, and my order had been placed at least 10 minutes prior. So 40 minutes to wait for very average fast food.

I paid $8 for a little box of broccoli. I ordered a box of beef and broccoli, and they served me a broccoli little box with some beef sauce. It was drive thru. The deception.

Food is served hot. I like this location because they will cook fresh entree for you, if you're willing to wait. String bean chicken is really good. The staff are helpful and friendly.

It's The Abie Wey

Went through the drive thru and this guy was rushing my husband to order and we pulled up thinking our food was going to be ready just for this guy to say it’s an 8 min wait for the hot orange chicken so had to get regular guy with the glasses that’s taking orders do better and stop rushing people to order they trained you sooo horribly!!!!!!
