I was in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, only 2 cars were ahead of me.

Me and my fiancé just went to this location (because our location is TRASH!!! And the food is AMAZING and FRESH!!! And they have one worker, JOSHUA…he was a sweetheart, very attentive as it got busy and didn’t need to be told to help the customers just took initiative! Sounds like leadership to me?!🤷🏾♀️💁🏽♀️

I had always had a good experience at this restaurant until today, a guy with the name Anthony on his badge was very grumpy, I ordered a bigger plate, a plate and two bowls, the first time he angrily threw the plate of food into the trash because I told him it was not how I asked for it, we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they did not have the three types of food that we ordered, which I do not care about, I fully understand that the food runs out and I have no problem waiting since the food is fabulous, but the second time I had ordered from the other guy and he came and made the dish but he made it wrong once again and when my husband told him he again acted badly with us and his coworkers, not to mention that they charged us before we finished ordering, I would like to suggest that a single employee take the entire order of an entire family and then charge for it at the end, it would be easier for the employees. I would also like to suggest that they could choose their staff better.

Be careful when ordering online. The pickup time… about 30 minutes difference in time. I and another guy were waiting by the register for about 30 minutes. Not even so much as an acknowledgment. Another customer’s online order never even went through. She was waiting about 30 minutes.
Staff is not rude. Just unorganized and just plain lost. It wasn’t busy either. Like.. not at all. I try to be understanding. But, this place is terrible.
I like Panda. But, this one is just a bad one. Try another Panda. It will be worth the drive to go try another one.
Update… Went from 2 to 1 star. Our orders were wrong. None of the sauces we ordered were there.

Perhaps the slowest location in existence. Sitting in the drive thru waiting for my food after 25 minutes. Will not come back here.
$11 for inedible fried chicken skin. At least 80% of my meal wasn't chicken. The little chicken that was there was dry to the bone and barely had any sauce. Pretty sure since I ordered online and wasnt watching them load my plate the scraped the bottom of the wok. Got one bell pepper and one pineapple in my sweet fire chicken. Have been going to this location for years and it's majorly gone done hill. Quality is this bad at least half the time. Save yourself the disappointment and just go to sonic.

Placed a pick up order for a bowl containing 1/2 super greens, 1/2 chow mein and string bean chicken breast. Got there and still a long wait but whatever…so disappointed when I open the bowl and there’s even less meat than usual but as I tried to mix it I discover a huge chunk of cabbage underneath occupying the majority of space in the bowl! 😠 If I want a head of cabbage, I’ll
go to the grocery store and it won’t be $9, do better!!

Longest drive through wait I have ever had!
Online order was fast pickup. Food was fresh and still hot enough that I didn’t have to reheat. Usually when food is old you can taste that it’s been left out and meat is hard, this wasn’t the case today. Meat was moist and saucy.

I frequented this Panda Express. Multiple times a week for years. Sadly, I don’t think I can continue to be a customer. The quantity of food given has gone down severely. The service has become atrocious, the interior is always filthy. The workers use the tables and chairs as storage for all their junk they bring to work. The culture has deteriorated and none of the workers are professional. They are all grumbly and angry to work. They frequently make mistakes and do not apologize or attempt for correct the problems. The time of service has also become really bad. Last time, it took no kidding ONE HOUR to get food in the drive thru and there were only two other cars in front of me. Very hood rat atmosphere at this location now.
