Hands down the best orange chicken I've had from panda in years. I'm always trying new pandas to find a good one because one of them are sub par . But I've had 2 plates from this place and they are worth it.

At this location they don't want to cook after this time, they said the kitchen was already closed, when the place says it closes at 10:30. which lets me know that the food is no longer as fresh. I recommend that you look for another location after this time. Another thing I want to mention is that in the lobby, at one of the tables, around 6 employees were gatheredI would recommend that people who have not been satisfied with something in this location stop visiting it. so that they put attention to the problems of the store when they see that they no longer have as many sales while we go to a different store

I can’t make this up…. 3 pieces of orange chicken. Three. I paid $15 for this plate and they gave me 3 pieces of orange chicken HAHA! When I called and complained “Kate” said the manager doesn’t care and I should just call corporate. Yikes. Do better! Very rude customer service and awful employees.

A 39 minute stuck in the drive through. No apology for the wait AND my order was wrong! I know not to have high expectations with a fast food place but this was ridiculous.
If Zero stars was an option I would. The franchise owner needs to get control of this place immediately. 25 min in drive thru and still didn’t know which order was mine or have it in the system… just horrible

Will never come to this location again. I ordered my food online and when I got to the window I was asked to show my confirmation number. I did so then I was told they couldn’t make my food until 9:45pm. It was 8:42pm. I asked to speak to the manager and when I did she didn’t have a care in the world rather I got my food or not. She just said sorry I can’t make it right now even though I had my order clearly in front of her. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Will be taking this to corporate.
