My job site placed a large order for pick up. When I went to grab it there was only one guy working. Although you could tell he was slammed, he was awesome and helpful. He had our order ready to go quickly and gave us great customer service. The food tastes amazing too. We are definitely ordering again!

When I called they said Hello. I said is this Rosati’s? They need someone else answering for orders! The grown man said, Uhh, yeah.

The driver opened my front door!! I had walked in my backyard and was walking right back inside to looking at a man’s face inside my home. It took over hr and I was told 30-40 minutes. He then quickly shut my door. (I have 2 large dogs & he’s lucky they weren’t inside.) The customer service aspect of this entire experience...

We ordered the Italian beef sandwich and calzone with pepperoni. Both were good and still warm when we got home. Was not expecting the Italian beef sandwich to be sitting in the au ju .... it would have been better to have it in a side dish to dip.
