Ordered a cake two weeks in advance for my husband’s birthday. Showed up and no cake had been made. The manager on the phone said she saw my order, but it must have not printed out a cake slip so she never made it.It is crazy that such a large company doesn’t have a check system for its orders. Ice cream is awesome as always but Customer service not a good,employee needs training or replacement. Not friendly,no smile...if u hv employees that don't like dealing with the public oridon't like their job then do t put them in the front t to put them I the back

Showed up at 9pm and both workers were friendly and happy. The sample size they gave my daughter was actually a good size not just a small dot. The ice cream was perfect portion size, a two scoop was almost too much for me to eat. Almost. I would recommend this location. My favorite was the pumpkin cheesecake.
