I’ve been to this Salata multiple times, and the customer service has consistently been disappointing, but today was the worst experience yet. One of the employees working the salad station around [3pm on friday ] had so much attitude and was extremely rude. She even prioritized customers behind us instead of serving us first.
When I politely asked for more dressing because she had barely put any, she responded very rudely, insisting that it was extra—even though there was no sign indicating an additional charge. On top of that, I witnessed a completely unacceptable food handling practice: some of the vegetables fell onto the table, and instead of discarding them, she put them back into the serving containers.
I have asked for dressing on the side multiple times in the past and was never charged, so this sudden change in attitude was frustrating. With service this poor and food being handled improperly, I will not be returning. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I go to salata a lot, and after being their multiple times I feel like I can finally give an accurate review, the place has a great atmosphere with lots of choices for the base, proteins, and other foods, The employees are friendly, and nice. My only complaint is the price of the food noticeably going up now costing around 15-20 dollars per person.

Dietary restrictions: A lot of great options for people with dietary restrictions.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of different options for kids to choose from.

Usually really good food, service too. Today not so much. Please listen fully to what your customers are saying before you tell them “hold on”, or follow up and let them finish their sentence— and then you won’t have to do things twice. It would save us all time, and also come off less rude in the process.

I go to Salata about once a week or so. On my most recent visit, the price of the salad with a drink i usually get went from $17.42 to $19.38. That’s an increase of over 11%. That’s pretty outrageous. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics “Food prices in March were 2.2 percent higher than they were in March 2023.” So how can this 11% price increase by Salata be justified? Needless to say, I won’t be back.

It’s very expensive for what you get. I feel like the portion size is much smaller than others (CAVA, Salad & Go, etc) offer in the area.Three small, half dollar sized frozen/refrigerated pieces of falafel were over $4.The dressing for the Greek Salad was crammed in on top of my salad. I question how hygienic that practice is. It was also very thick and lacking flavor. I had to add my own Greek seasoning.The rest of the ingredients were fresh and crisp.Overall, it was just “meh” and very basic. I probably won’t order from here again, honestly. There’s much better for much less around.
