We experienced great friendly service. Huge portions. Fresh food. We discovered this place right before covid and just kind of forgot about it. Glad we’ve rediscovered Salata!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The service is consistently awful, the portion sizes have been cut to the bare minimum, and the staff seems completely uninterested in correcting any of it. We’ve brought our concerns to both the manager and the team multiple times, and it’s made zero difference.
We visit several other Salata locations and never have these problems. The contrast is unbelievable. From now on, I’ll be driving from Flower Mound to Coppell, because this location has clearly stopped caring. Do NOT recommend.

Drink dispensers need replacing…they don’t work properly. Usually clean…during rush hour, tables need to be wiped more frequently. Quick service at the salad bar though. Pricey protein.

I’ve been to this Salata multiple times, and the customer service has consistently been disappointing, but today was the worst experience yet. One of the employees working the salad station around [3pm on friday ] had so much attitude and was extremely rude. She even prioritized customers behind us instead of serving us first.
When I politely asked for more dressing because she had barely put any, she responded very rudely, insisting that it was extra—even though there was no sign indicating an additional charge. On top of that, I witnessed a completely unacceptable food handling practice: some of the vegetables fell onto the table, and instead of discarding them, she put them back into the serving containers.
I have asked for dressing on the side multiple times in the past and was never charged, so this sudden change in attitude was frustrating. With service this poor and food being handled improperly, I will not be returning. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
