Drink dispensers need replacing…they don’t work properly. Usually clean…during rush hour, tables need to be wiped more frequently. Quick service at the salad bar though. Pricey protein.

I go to salata a lot, and after being their multiple times I feel like I can finally give an accurate review, the place has a great atmosphere with lots of choices for the base, proteins, and other foods, The employees are friendly, and nice. My only complaint is the price of the food noticeably going up now costing around 15-20 dollars per person.

Usually really good food, service too. Today not so much. Please listen fully to what your customers are saying before you tell them “hold on”, or follow up and let them finish their sentence— and then you won’t have to do things twice. It would save us all time, and also come off less rude in the process.
