I really like coming to this Smoothie King. The service is always fast, and the workers are polite and helpful. My smoothie came out perfect, and the place has a nice, positive vibe. You can tell they care about making customers happy. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location.

I had an extremely bad experience at Smoothie King on Sunday, June 22. My husband & I both in our 70’s walked with our 2 small dogs over a mile to the Smoothie King on Justin Rd. We called in our order ahead of time & arrived around 7:50. There were no other customers in the store. We sat at a table, and my husband went to the counter to get our Orders. I had requested extra granola, blueberries, and extra coconut. I got none of these. As a matter of fact, there was hardly any granola at all in my bowl. I did ask for some granola to add to my bowl and didn’t bother mentioning that I didn’t receive the other things I had requested. A young man came over & stated it’s 8 o’clock & we are closed. I said to him, OK, does that mean we have to leave?? He again stated it’s 8 o’clock and we are closed. I said I guess you want us to leave and then I said - not very good customer service, but ok. As I said it earlier, my husband and I are both in our 70s. We are trying to stay healthy by walking, but we were quite tired and had our hands full with a bowl, a large smoothie, water and two dogs to deal with so we quite literally stood outside the door and ate our purchases. I’m literally astounded that your crew forced us to leave. I’ve never been in a restaurant of any kind that did not allow customers who arrived before closing to finish whatever they ordered in a timely manner. Your crew was in there the whole time and were aware that we were standing in front of the doors consuming your product. When we were finished with our smoothies we looked all around for a trash can to no avail. We did not have the ability to carry our trash with us & so we did leave our trash in front of the door. Suddenly as we walked away we heard a loud commotion behind us & turning we see your employee running after us. He yelled very loudly at us that we had left our trash & that was disrespecting him. I told him we would have deposited it in a trash receptacle if we could have found one. I told him I felt extremely disrespected that I got such poor service from a business that I frequent once or twice a week. He talked over me or rather yelled the entire time & repeatedly yelled ‘bye ma’am’ the whole time I tried to talk to him. He was extremely discourteous & obnoxious to us. It was a very unpleasant experience and makes me question whether I would want to go to an establishment that has an employee like that.

Amazing smoothies and the service is as amazing.
