This is a good location, and I love the variety of food options, which is one of the things I appreciate about Sonic. However, some of the food could use improvement. The ice cream is decent, but there are a few items I'd like to see enhanced.
For instance, the Texas Toast should be a bit crunchier when toasted. The burger's meat could be seasoned better and should be juicier and more tender, rather than resembling school lunch meals. Additionally, they should use a bit less sauce when dressing the burgers. The fries could also be cooked better and seasoned more effectively.
I would love to see these improvements in the future. Overall, though, it's not a bad restaurant. I really enjoy dining there, and I hope Sonic continues to offer a wide range of options and remains successful for years to come.

Service was good. We order 2 drinks of which one was a Route 44 carbonated water with cherry and lemon. The lemons were dropped into the drink without being squeezed. It would have made a much better drink if the lemons were squeezed.

I’ve always used the Sonic app and today I thought I would try the Sonic double smasher for $1.00 thru the app.
I’ve always ordered through the app. My gift card used to be loaded in the app, but somehow a recent app update they’ve made removed it and my order history.
I still have money on the gift card, so I tried adding my gift card back to the app and it kept giving me an error that said “We couldn't save the gift card. Please try again later.”
I even tried deleting the app and re-added it and it still gave the same error.
So I went to the Sonic Drive-in on Flower Mound road in Flower Mound Texas. I told the attendant the error I was getting and that I wanted to order the Sonic Double Smasher for $1.00 in the app.
She said I’d have to order it through the app. I explained the error I was getting in the app and my futile attempts on getting it to work and she said they can’t help me. Even the manager told me the same thing. I left frustrated.
So I guess when you have a “buggy” app, some places are just not worth the effort to even go to, not even for a $1.00 sandwich special offer. If it looks like it’s too good to be true, it most likely is.
I’m glad there are better choices around than a Sonic Drive-in.

Not sure why it is so hard to get fresh food.. my tater tots tonight we're rock hard. Looks like they were refried to sell because they had been sitting.. I come to this location often and it's gotten to be a 50/50 chance that I'll have fresh made food. Wish I could upload the picture I took of them, they look like fried chicken and shattered into piece when I bit into them.. not very happy with the quality of food at this location.

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and I got a horrible bun with meat and ketchup, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles, no cheese…it was horrible.
It's the year 2024 and y'all ain't figured out how to add a tip yet on the fully digital menu/point of sale system? Must say, that's pretty pathetic. If no one has cash, which most don't, then the servers don't get a tip. Y'all need to get into this century.

It's been thirty years since i've had a decent hamburger at Sonic. That new smashburger is a homerun.. Keep it on the menu and make it right every time. You will actually start bringing more people back for the food items as well as the ice cream.
