Most disgusting cheese burgers I have ever eaten! Stale bread and there was so much seasoning or salt on it I couldn't even eat it. The tater tots were so overcooked and cheese on half of the order. Sucks how much the food at Sonic has changed.

If I could give a 0 I would. I wish I took a picture last night but my burger had a whole butt end of a lettuce head. Which took up the entire middle of my burger and was a bit stiff. I was mortified when I took a bite thinking it was something non edible because I wasn't preparing my jaw to have to use much more strength than normal on a typically "soft" cheeseburger.Also, we were pretty much the only car there for a solid 20 minutes. This sonic is notoriously bad and I forgot which location we were driving to until we actually got there. I would've been more content driving there, realizing, and not even trying to find another location but rather GO HOME!They've messed up our orders no matter the simplicity and even when there's almost no one else at their store! How do you do that? It must take a genius staff, NOT. Clearly.

Disgusting. Tater tots sitting in a bowl of oil with huge chunks of old fried stuff. Repulsive. Chicken strips old/overcooked/hard. I got a refund and ate elsewhere. Absolutely repulsive.

The girls bringing ingredients the food out are faster and nicer than the person taking the order.
So sick of getting horrible food.... Today my chicken strips were more like hardened charcoal.... fried so long that they were burnt to a crisp.... could barely bite into them. Can't believe they'd serve something like that.

Franchise owners.... Help your servers out by getting your touch screens calibrated or replaced so patrons can tip workers. Almost everyone uses a card these days. You get your $$, your team should be able to get tipped for a job well done. The calibration is so bad I had to play search & find all over the screen just to pay for the order.

Nice spin on fast food, complete with carhops. Breakfast all day is always a win.
Absolutely terrible service. Waited almost 20 minutes to even have my order taken. When they do take it, they are incredibly rude and have terrible customer service skills. At least the food is bearable.
