Honestly they disappoint more often than I’d like for the price of the product. I come to this location because it’s closer to home. One Saturday my boys and I broke routine and went inside and were completely ignored. We walked out. More recently I ordered my drink a specific way and corrected the person taking my order twice just to drive away and find that she took it upon herself to enter my order the way she felt it should be. I wish I could give this zero stars. I worked in a Starbucks as a barista years ago, and I can tell you that these employees don't know how to properly make the drinks. They don't listen when you tell them something, the "supervisor" or whoever she is - is obnoxious and condescending. When you tell them something is wrong with your drink they act like you are the one with the problem. Awful...I will never go here again.

Second time here and drinks made incorrectly. Today though I was surprised by how incorrectly....iced match latte ....made with water???? Like for real? The person working was playing on his phone when I returned the drinks...(my 13 year old daughter didn't know what to do) their name was Ash, he became defensive when I said that lattes come with milk. I get it some people aren't going to be polite/kind working in customer service....but come on do better...you make a mistake...read full review
