Granted it was 30minutes before closing but this is serious. I have to throw it away! I wasted money!!! Y’all need to take allergies seriously. You can KILL someone with a serious allergy!!
I said no whip cream and got coconut milk and they gave me whipped cream. I alerted them of an allergy and the barista simply scooped it off the top. This is not enough! Im warning you starbucks, this could easily be a lawsuit with a customer in the future.

I only go to this location occasionally, however after my experience, it will be never. Came in the morning and ordered my tall caramel macchiato, just one drink, simple enough, right? Apparently not, as the young blond woman had the most appalling attitude towards me while ordering and at the first window. Completely cut me off, was very short when speaking to me, seemed like she wanted me out of there. I know this is fast food, but would a thank you hurt? I am paying over $5 for a small drink, the least I could get is some courtesy. I don’t ever write reviews, especially negative ones, but I have been thinking about this interaction for days. The other baristas working seemed great, my drink was perfect.

It was a beautiful Sunday morning. I entered, saw a bunch of busy young ladies. No eye contact, no greeting.
Okay, I waited. Nobody bothered telling me that I shouldn't wait at THAT spot. FINALLY, SOMEONE SMILED AT ME. IT WAS THE BOY WHO COLLECTS THE TRASH.
I made my order, some pervert frappe that my daughter asked. $7! I waited again. Waited and waited and waited. At some point I went to see what's going on and found my drink waiting alone. Nobody told me, nobody cared.
I tried to ask, nobody listened.
This experience reminded me of times of communism. When a customer was just a burden.
There is a reason why these folks so badly want to unionize. They would/should be fired for being rude and careless.

I just went in (1-22-25, 9:45am) to get 14 $5 gift cards. The girl helping me was super sweet, I didn’t catch her name, but she had pink hair. She had to ask for help for loading the packs of gift cards, and the girl who helped was also super nice. I had my toddler in my arms, so she was just nice and patient with me, and I always love great customer service!

Always excellent service serving up great drinks and quick bites. And if Zena is there, then the entire experience is truly superb! Her kindness, enthusiasm for life, and fantastic customer service bundled together are unmatched. My favorite Starbucks!

My order was handled incorrectly multiple times, and despite asking for soy milk, I was served regular milk. As someone who is lactose intolerant, this caused me significant stomach issues throughout the day. Additionally, the coffee itself didn’t meet expectations. I hope you can take steps to improve the service and ensure better attention to dietary requests in the future.

Our drinks tasted fine but my husband drink should have had 3 scoops of the dragon fruit pieces in it and it barely had one scoop
My drink should have had 4 scoops of dragon fruit pieces and it barely had o e scoop really for the cost of the drink
Parking: The atmosphere was okay. The manager was caring, and the young lady who did our mobile app order was very rude and was not knowledgeable on greeting us.

Ordered a 2 drip coffee with a shot of espresso and punp of vanilla in it and it took 20 mins. I was told “sorry I don’t work at this store” that’s it. It was some old lady at the register and she should prob be trained better before you put her on the floor. I go here all the time and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The drinks didn’t even come out correctly it’s just a drip coffee with no vanilla or espresso it seems.

Coffee is excellent but no one acknowledged me. No hello, thank you or goodbye. Not even any eye contact. It wasn’t that busy nor was it the first time. Makes me sad and leaves a bad taste even though the coffee is good. I know you expect better from your staff.

My barista was Ciara and she did amazingly. First she made my drink perfectly and it tasted better than any of the stand alone Starbucks locations in my town. She also worked fast despite her being alone while a coworker was on break and she knew everyone's name and drink order. Her handwriting is really pretty too. I wish I wrote my name this beautifully.
