And man what a glow up
The bmt was DELICIOUS oh my lord
Make sure to get it on cheese and herb bread with garlic aoili and toast it. It's like eatin it on garlic bread. Will come again.

I visited this Subway twice, and both times, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was being looked at as if I didn’t belong. When I finally decided to place an order, a female worker, who appeared to be around 30-40 years old, rudely asked, “What can I get for you?” I responded politely and friendly. However, she then proceeded to complain to another coworker about something as if I wasn’t even in her face while she was about to make my food. As a customer at a Subway, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. If you can address these attitudes, you might start to see more customers.

Ashley was absolutely phenomenal! There was a line out the door and she was working by herself, but she rocked it! Extremely friendly, working as fast as she could. Wish there were more people like Ashley!

We stopped for lunch after shopping and had the best experience! Ashley was working by herself with a line of customers. She was friendly and fast and managed to get everyone served with a smile. Highly recommend! Wish we had more people like her!!!

Xavier was amazing! However, I'm extremely disappointed that he was working SOLO while the line was almost out the door and the online orders were beeping with receipts printing constantly. You need to staff your store properly. This is the exact reason why its so hard to find consistent and reliable employees, especially making less than $18 an hour to be able to barely afford anything these days. He could have quit and left. He could have been rude. He could have handled the situation so many different ways by simply closing the store and leaving. He didnt. He made everything correct. Changed his gloves every time. Used a clean knife. Followed all the standards and kept going. As I left, the line continued to increase and the online orders were printing on the floor because they kept coming. Not sure if today was a one off or what, but staff your store properly and forget the labor. Xavier was almost out of all the food on the line and bread. I wanted to get behind the counter and help but I know thats a food service violation. Every customer was understanding and apologizing for him being so busy, which was a pleasant change. Staff your store!

The team was in full uniform today and looked very professional! I was greeted with a welcome to Subway with fast friendly service. I will definitely be coming back to this Subway.

This is a great subway and a great location. The manager and team were very friendly and attentive and were able to get us in and out very quickly today. Will absolutely come back to this location.

Ashley is one amazing human being , she just made our day ! She told us how the app works , was so patient with us and in general just made conversation with us and was just in general a very kind sweet person. We love you Ashley , thank you for being so kind and such a caring person to just make conversation with us.

Employees were messing around and not taking our order. When we did order they were rude and didn’t even make eye contact. They didn’t say “have a good day” or anything. There were no other customers in the building and we waited ten minutes for a six inch sandwich that had barely anything on it.

Ordered a foot long. They were out of veggie patty. I added eggs, but the eggs were still cold after the sandwich was ready. They would not pack the sandwich properly either.

Went in at 5:45pm! This place is usually good, but the guy couldn't even roll up my wrap. I don't get a lot of extra crap in my wraps or sandwiches. My husband's sandwich was beyond messed up. The meat was wadded up and thrown in and didn't even get the pepper jack cheese on it. I'm short and couldn't see over the metal guard that they used to not have to see it was being prepared. Throwing it out and getting new food. I'm very upset. I didn't even get my cookies. I want a refund but I think he's the only one working so I will be calling in the morning.

It's honestly like the guy doesn't want his job. He literally smashed up the meat into a wad in the middle of my sandwich and didn't even put cheese on it. We had to throw it out and get food somewhere else. Won't be back. 11/08/24 at 5:45pm.
