This is by far the best meals I have tried. I ordered the gym plan 5c once and I cannot stop ordering it every week. It is so convenient, as a new mom it saves me a lot of time because they also deliver and I am eating a healthy diet for breastfeeding. I love the food, the portions are good and the teste is amazing. I love this place 100% recommended.

TruFit Foods has been my personal go to for the last 5 years and I am so glad I found them. The staff is pretty amazing too and they make you feel like family. Highly recommended!
I have been receiving their meal prep services for several years. I have never had a bad meal from this establishment. I love the variety in their weekly menus and that fact that they post the macros for each meal. This area has been needing a service like this work a while. I’m so glad they opened their business. These ladies work hard and always ensure your food is fresh and delivered to you in a timely manner. 10/10 I always recommend them.
