So we ordered the biggie bags and those meals come with drinks but since this location ran out of small cups, they made us pay extra for bigger cups! What sense does that make?! Not our fault y’all’s inventory was low! SMH and the meat is always pink on the inside and never fully cooked so make sure you ask for a well done patty unless you’re fine eating raw meat

SHORTY SAINT

went today and last week and had the same problem with the same white man twice. i ask for condiments when i order the food through the speaker. i receive no condiments when im handed my food. and when i wait there at the window to ask for some he responds disrespectfully and hands me one single condiment for 2-3 meals. not sure if he has hearing problems or if hes slow but he needs to be dealt with. not sure what the situation is with the condiment supply but when i ask for a condiment at the speaker there should be no issue getting me condiments that i have asked for and if i have to pay for extra then by all means charge me. im a customer im there to spend money. the fact that this happened twice shows how poorly managed this place is. management needs to teach that white man about customer service, how to listen, how to use his brain, and maybe some manners. and if he is management which appeared to be the case may the lord be with that wendys staff.

Drive thru employee consistently gets order wrong. You ask for a plain bacon cheeseburger and they’ll charge you for bacon and still take it out. You ask for the burger with just the bacon and they leave everything BUT the bacon. Still charged me for bacon. 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Idk how clear I have to be for this guy. He also didn’t offer a receipt

Tyler Bland , greeted me with a beautiful smile as I walked in the door. He was very friendly with all the guests around me. I asked for my bacon to be extra crispy and as he gave me my food. He made sure to let me know if it's not crispy enough, he would redo it for me. His customer services outstanding and made for a very good experience. I will be back.

Everhold Welding

You don't get what you order half the time and burgers are extremely small now.Out of chili last 4 times I've gone there. Horrible location.Gone back today, got 2 large chili's, and a large fry. ?‍♂️ how do they mess it up? 1/4 full fry, and I said only cheese in Chilli. Got onions and cheese. I give up.

Wanted to give Wendy's at this location a chance because it's close by and we try to support local businesses. But for the past month including 4 Sundays and a few trips for lunch on random days the weeks, this location is 100/100 at being a terrible experience. And, trying to give constructive feedback to the manager is a waste of words, especially when it comes to the drive-thru communications. This manager needs to look in the mirror - and HQ is going to hear about this (I know they care). The 'what do you want' attitude as well as impatience and sarcasm when YOUR CUSTOMER asks for just a second to double check the menu at the drive-thru dissolves all notion for expecting a good fast-food experience. When there are so many choices for food nearby, it doesn't take a genius to realize that decent customer-service might just make a difference. Good luck. I'm done here, for there are many better options.
