Tyler Bland , greeted me with a beautiful smile as I walked in the door. He was very friendly with all the guests around me. I asked for my bacon to be extra crispy and as he gave me my food. He made sure to let me know if it's not crispy enough, he would redo it for me. His customer services outstanding and made for a very good experience. I will be back.
The service at this location is really bad all the way around. The drive-through experience is completely unpleasant. Even to the point when you ask how their day is going and they respond with the word “terrible”. The culture at this location must just be one of bad attitudes. I know it’s hard to find good help right now… But if people can’t even be decent to each other, why bother?

I don't typically write reviews for restaurants, but I thought this one was necessary: I had placed an order at this location via the Wendy's mobile app. Although the food and drinks were really fresh and the service inside was pretty decent, I noticed that both doors in the front and back were locked at about 10:30 a.m. I tried knocking on the first door (their phone number also seemed to be disconnected) and about 3 minutes later one of the employees finally opened it for me....read full review
