Bad experience. Cashier was helpful giving me options but not worth it. Their soda machine is broken and only had water and sweet tea but was told until I paid for my order. Only serving combos they ran out of chicken. Sad, sad.
I went through the drive-thru the speaker did not work I waited 10 minutes nobody said anything so when I pulled up to the window they claim they did not hear me and that I could not place my order at the window and they want me to go back around and order on the speaker I refuse even when I talk to the manager he suggested the same thing so I will not be going back there and I told him that I would not attend they still again whether I'm concerned KFC in Forest Hill on Mansfield...read full review
