They didn’t put any gravy in my chicken express box boxes I spent over $32 and didn’t even get gravy with my meal go figure Must be under new ownership“

“One of our favorite quick chicken places. Known for their Cane's sauce, but I recommend the honey mustard if you want a change. Both their lemonade and sweet tea have great flavors. Usually we use the drive-thru which is relatively quick.“

“I order from this Chick-fil-A very frequently due to having an autistic child, so consistency is extremely important for our family. While most of our orders are correct, there have been a few frustrating times like sauces being left out completely or a breakfast burrito tortilla being hard. Since I know the app order itself is correct, those moments can be disappointing having to go back through the traffic since it's difficult coming and going with their layout at this location.
That said, Brandon and Logan are outstanding managers. They are always professional, kind, and quick to correct the situation without hesitation. Their customer service truly makes a difference and is the reason we continue to come back. Overall, 9 times out of 10 our order is correct, and with a team this large, perfection every single time isn’t realistic. “Misty C was great. This was our first time here and there was no pressure to hurry. She took our order with a smile, was very friendly and everything she suggested was great. The Nashville hot spice on the fries was a total win. The chicken had a great crunch to the batter, the chicken was moist, no stringy pieces. Even after the chicken sat in the sauce is never become soggy and kept its crunch. A+ I am honestly picky with my egg rolls and Zaxbys were very flavorful. “i hate your narrow drive-thru, the steep hill that is where your customer turn in at, and the waiting area is blindingly sterile in design, but the food is fire and the workers have been nice

I ordered a catfish filet, 3 chicken tenders, coleslaw and fried okra.

The catfish was cooked perfectly. Just not quality catfish. Reminds me of Southeast Asia catfish.

Chicken tenders are almost great. They seem to be brined, leaving the protein very moist. It's a texture problem for me.

Coleslaw was really good and I highly recommend it.

Fried okra needed a few more minutes in the oil. Just not quite crispy enough for me.

I will be back to explore some of the other items on the menu.“

“I paid over $100 for a 50-piece family-sized chicken finger meal with bread, and I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was severely overcooked and so hard that my children couldn’t even bite through it. When you’re spending that kind of money, you expect fresh, properly prepared food — especially from a restaurant that specializes in chicken fingers.

However, I want to update this review and say that David, the manager, personally reached out and assisted me in resolving the issue. He was professional, understanding, and handled the matter quickly. He has offered to replace the chicken tenders on Tuesday, and I truly appreciate the prompt response and effort to make things right.
