Normally when I come to Chicken Express, the food can be hit or miss—sometimes I’ve received wrong orders, cold food, or missing items. However, my last few visits have been a big improvement. The orders have been correct, the food hot and fresh, and the customer service surprisingly great. It really seems like you all have stepped things up over the past couple of months, and it’s much appreciated!
I stopped by to pick up dinner for my wife and granddaughter. We placed our order with only a slight wait. We.drove around to pay and was informed that our order of 20 mixed tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy with a side order or okra and another large order of mashed potatoes totaled 62.23. Needless to say this will be our last trip to any chicken express. Thisnis way too much for chicken tenders and a few sides. The family size mashed potatoes were in a container that was...
I always drive through the Forney Chicken Express and I'm never disappointed in the quality and price of the food. And the variation, including mashed potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob, fried fish and chicken, cole slaw, sweet tea, and more. I highly recommend this restaurant.
