Every time I've placed a order they have gotten it completely wrong. This time I order x2 eight nuggets with x2 Mac and cheese and x2 banana pudding. I received x2 nuggets with no bread or pickles (they come with the nuggets) x1 Mac and cheese, no banana pudding. So everyone of my items were wrong. I won't be ordering from this place again. Literally just do your job and take pride in it. If food service isn't for you, then find another job. It's extremely frustrating when you place a order for your family to be delivered over an hour just for it to come with only 30% of what you ordered. This place is ruining days for families across America everyday

Only difference is cowboys chicken menu isn't nearly as good. 4/10Smackbird (SAME PLACE):This is so frustrating... Their food is delicious 10/10. That said, they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PACK AN ORDER. Without fail there's ALWAYS something wrong with delivery/take out orders. It's mind boggling.Sometimes there's no sides on a combo- just chicken. Sometimes they don't give enough sauces that you pay extra for. More likely than not if you order something extra like banana pudding, surprise it's not coming Napkins and utensils? No shot.Unless they seriously can't read, orders are wrong so frequently they straight up don't care or they're proactively trying to get it wrong. Please find people that care even a sliver about what they're paid to do.

The chicken, wings and sides were amazing minus the celery they gave us. The customer service needs work. Three people behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged us standing there or when we walked in. At least 5 minutes passed before I had to tell one of them that we were there for a pick up. After giving us our order, checking to make sure it was our order sh just walked away. No thank you no nothing. Really rude. I also won't be going back. I'd rather drive farther away to get food from them so I don't have to deal with rude customer service.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant to grab a salad. The staff was great and extremely professional. Although the salad was a decent size serving, it had very little to no chicken. It was a bowl pretty much of only lettuce.

I love cowboy chicken. One of my favorite go to fast food restaurants. However, this location is the best by far from other locations I’ve tried. I always get the 3 piece thigh, okra, & sweet potato. They always have very crispy okra and the flavor of the rotisserie tastes better than the other locations. Also, my food is ALWAYS hot.
The best roast chicken ever tested in Texas is the very quiet place attention.

Got grubhub .. perfect driver .. followed directions to a tee .. to get right to my truck door, with over 100 trucks around.Food was great! Big Texas helpings!! This was enough for 2 people easily .. ? I'm gonna need the recipe to the Mexican corn!???

Today I tried Cowboy Chicken for the first time and I can honestly say it’s the best chicken I have ever had and I’m not to big on chicken. It was so juicy so moist and full of flavor, Mexican street corn was soooo good, cream spinach probably the best I’ve ever had and the banana pudding I’m lost for words!! Definitely will be going back!!!
