I came to Dutch bros because one of my students recommended it for me and being diabetic it hard to find a coffee place that has sugar free things that actually taste good. Upon taking my order raphael led me to a sugar free cocomo with a sf dark chocolate soft top and it was fantastic and I loved it. This might be my new favorite coffee from anywhere.

The espresso machine is definitely dirty, you can taste the old coffee that was brewed into mine. There probably old coffee behind the screen where the water comes out over the puck. No hate but please keep the machine clean ppl drink from that.

My mom and I went to Dutch Bros this morning and had such a great experience thanks to Eden at the window! From the moment we pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind, which really set a positive tone for our visit. My drink was initially made incorrectly, but Eden handled it so professionally and with such a great attitude. She immediately made sure it was fixed without any hesitation and even upsized it, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Her customer service truly stood out and made our morning even better. Experiences like this are exactly why we love coming to Dutch Bros!
