The food is horrible and unseasoned, especially the boudin balls. I suggest the CEO take a trip to Scott, Louisiana and try the boudin. I think he would enjoy every bit of it. There is also an annual boudin festival that happens there. There are 3 locations to get some of the best boudin. Other than that, the place looks nice, and the music is great. I will try the different daiquiri choices next time to see those are up to par.In response to your comment, my review is actually a review and a suggestion. I guess you can't tell the difference. My review is very honest and as a fellow cajun I feel like the boudin balls could have been seasoned like REAL AUTHENTIC LOUISIANA FOOD and not just white rice with beef deep fried in a battered ball. This was my first time trying French quarters bistro I was so disappointed. It was on a Saturday around 2 o’clock. I made a friend there for brunch. That was only one server and one cook. The place was not crowded, but it took forever to get our food we were missing items, we had to ask the cook twice to cook our items so we could eat everything together instead of separate park was horrible. Very small parking lot very busy area. The fried shrimp was very salty. Need to tweak your batter cause it was too salty to eat maybe Back not sure I do not live in the city of Forney or even Dallas.Parking: The parking is limited very small areaKid-friendliness: yes to a certain point

My daughter picked this place out and it was a great choice. 10 out of 10. It was a nice and chill spot, not too busy. The waitress was very attentive and sweet. The food did not disappoint. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the cornbread was sweet like my daughter likes it. We also had the catfish ? shrimp gumbo ? seasoned chicken tenders and swamp fries with chicken ?. Everything was good. The also give you along of food. My kids could have eaten off 1 plate bc the tenders were so big ( pic does no Justice) . I spent a little over $100. My kids also got Virgin daiquiris they said tasted so good. This will be my new spot to take myself out on lunch dates lol.

This place is actually a great hangout or casual night out kinda vibe. I gave this place a 4/5 only because I didn't order a daiquiri. The customer service was very pleasant and quick with the food service. I ordered the Bayou Class which comes worth deep fried fish (1 fillet), oysters(4), shrimp(4), and Cajun fries. When I tell you the seasoning is the batter was flavorful!! It wasn't salty, no fishy taste to it, and all of it was CRISPY!! The seasoning in the fries tops it off. I enjoyed this meal and encouraged those that love fried food to get this. I definitely will be back and order me a drink next time.

Outstanding place to eat. People were very friendly. Food was great. My wife had the pasta dish and I had the Gumbo and the Fried Ribs. So yummy. Love that I can get fried ribs here and not have to wait until the State Fair each year. And by the way, the Fried Ribs at French Quarter Bistro are the BOMB.

Great food. It is a little pricey but that may just be the Joe Biden special lol. Good service and a nice place with lots of TV's probably has a big game crowd. I could taste the Cajun. As a native of New Orleans area, I can say it is authentic.
My first time here and This place was on ? @9pm they close @11pm and customers were still coming in waiting to seat and order the service was great wait time for food even though it was crowded was still good probably bout 20 mins but the food was fresh n hot I ordered to go but the aroma of the food in the car had me speeding home everything I had was good and that homemade tartar sauce was ??? that fish ?I didn’t need the sauce but I ate together anyway cause I love a good tartar sauce…. Note they only take card no cash I WILL BE BACK ??
