I like it here and like the food selection. I imagine people don't come here to drink water but the water is nasty. I have to always order a soda or cocktail because the water tastes so horrible. My suggestion is that they get filtered water. I don't drink tap water at home either and I live in Forney.
This was my first time trying French quarters bistro I was so disappointed. It was on a Saturday around 2 o’clock. I made a friend there for brunch. That was only one server and one cook. The place was not crowded, but it took forever to get our food we were missing items, we had to ask the cook twice to cook our items so we could eat everything together instead of separate park was horrible. Very small parking lot very busy area. The fried shrimp was very salty. Need to tweak...
My daughter picked this place out and it was a great choice. 10 out of 10. It was a nice and chill spot, not too busy. The waitress was very attentive and sweet. The food did not disappoint. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the cornbread was sweet like my daughter likes it. We also had the catfish ? shrimp gumbo ? seasoned chicken tenders and swamp fries with chicken ?. Everything was good. The also give you along of food. My kids could have eaten off 1 plate bc the tenders...
