I came here 12/31/2025 at 8:30pm and attempted to order a 4 piece tender meal and was told no because they didn’t want to open another pack and “drop” anymore because they close at 9pm. Well you should close at 8:30pm if you are not serving a full menu until close!!!

I had a guy named “Jakari” or someone to take my order. I couldn’t hardly hear him because he was speaking down into the register •. He continued to speak at low volume and I asked for a supervisor. I saw him go back into the kitchen without using any gloves. This is insanitary and unsatisfactory. I reported him to the manager that took my order and I told her I didn’t want him to touch my order because I don’t trust what he will do after I asked for the manager. I didn’t see anyone in this place wearing gloves.

Horrible customer service. I walked in to pick up my order but was ignored for 5mins, standing there, looking to get eye contact with about 4 girls walking around in there. They all did everything to avoid eye contact. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had at a fast food. It’s like they did not want to be there. I was the only person in line. I eventually asked if someone can attend to me.. they all looked confused until one eventually looked around and my order was just sitting there ok the table around them. Strange
Gio was great. He was fast with my order as well. Food was hot and order was correct. I will be back. Thank you guys again for everything.

I was a bit nervous entering as the reviews and ratings of this place but it's quite good Some parts of the chicken were a tiny bit more salty, but the bread was amazing
