Jamaica Mike Cuisine is a fabulous food truck and restaurant serving authentic Jamaican food. The owner, Mike, is a great chef who is kind, very personable, and cooks with his soul. The food is fresh, tasty, and made to order. Everything is EXTREMELY FLAVORFUL and definitely worth trying. Customers enjoyed the oxtail plate, which was soooo delicious. The jerk chicken is authentic, with a smoky flavor, spice, and juiciness that brings people right back to the island. The seasoning is bold without being overpowering. Other specific meals include fried dumplings with Ackee and Saltfish, the Ackee dish, which blew customers away, the curry goat that tastes like it does in Jamaica, and the meat pie. The service is great and amazing. At the grand opening, a Jamaican band played, making it a wonderful dining experience. Customers definitely will come back and recommend this top-notch Jamaican food in Forney.
